Frank : "I didn't bypass anything."
Ethan : "You're not being very forthcoming on the workings of the guidance systems."
Frank : "Look kid, I just...I've done everything short of calculus instructions to bring you up to speed on this. What do you want me to do, draw you a picture? Connect all the little dots?"
Ethan : "Excuse me, I hold two master degrees from MIT, Dr. Corvin."
Frank : "Maybe you ought to get your money back."
Persze akkor nem a marketing volt a fontos hanem a mérnöki tudás, ma fontosabb a marketing, hogy a félhülye vezetőknek eltudjuk adni magunkat, a tudás az már nem annyira fontos. Persze ma is vannak jó mérnökök de viszonylag kevesen és nehéz őket megtalálni, mert a marketing tudással rendelkező egyébként szart sem érő "mérnökök" között nem könnyű halászni.
Frank itt kb. ezt mondta volna Ethan helyett:
Ethan : "Excuse me, I hold two master degrees from MIT, Dr. Corvin."
vs.
Frank : "Excuse me, I know a hell of a stuff in engineering and I engineered countless useful devices in my career..."
...a diploma a degree és a MIT eszébe sem jutott volna, mert nem az volt a fontos azokban az időkben, hanem az volt a fontos, hogy mit tudsz és mit csináltál az életedben.
