Well , i´ll try to help !
Tried serveral configs last night because i was suffering with the stutering too..
So basically 2 things helped :
1: Download NHancer , find the profile for Pro Street ! Enable the Vertical Sync on it !
I tried playing both with VSync activated in the game and in the driver , didn´t helped ! But with Nhancer + D3D Overrider from Riva Tuner the Stutering is gone !
2: Also enable on the tab Optimizations the Prerender Limit to 1 ! Helped with keyboard lag !!
szal kell 1 Nhancer(elindít->add->nfs.exet keresd meg->Vertical Sync on) és 1 riva tuner(elindít->drivr settingsnél a fülecske jobboldald->opengl settings->compatibility->...override-> én 1.5 re raktam nekem ígyis jó de 2-n lehet jobb)
