Fixed for me:
1) Vineyard Counters stay as the re-colored version making L-Shape.
2) Back 2 Skool "individual" bunk bed stays the same color! Yay no more "glitchy" look and multiple beds stacking on top of each other! ^_^
3) (Removed I just noticed I was able to recolor the Culinary Dreams for a long time).
4) Shoppe Counter and Island are recolorable
