Dozer, be kéne keményíteni, szerintem küldd vissza az emailt kb így:
Dear acclaim, the player that I've reported has broke the acclaim rules of conduct as you said:"We have taken appropriate action against the player you have reported as he broke Acclaim Rules of Conduct. Thank you for reporting such issue to 9dsupport."
and that means, the player, as the rule says the person will be banned:
"Anyone caught or reported (with proof) doing any of the above will be immediately banned for 3 days without prior warning. Repeated offenses will result in a permanent ban. This, of course, applies to every member of every community. The above activities in one community can effect your accounts on all of Acclaim's communities."
The person I've reported was already banned for the same reason once, for saying same racist words to another hungarian player. That means:"Repeated offenses will result in a permanent ban." So please do what you should do.
P.S.: decebalvs still playing, and wasnt banned even for 3 days...
