Please delete all the files in the ADCACHE folder located in the 9Dragons folder and increase the virtual memory of your system.
Make sure that you have enough disk space in your C Drive. You need at least 2GB of space.
1) Click 'Start' >>> Right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'.
2) Then under 'Advanced' tab, check for 'Performance' tab and click 'Settings'.
3) Click on 'Advanced' again and look for 'Virtual Memory' tab. Click on 'Change'.
4) Select Drive where you have installed 9Dragons and select 'Custom Size'.
5) Enter the values in 'Initial Size' and 'Maximum size'. The initial value is 1.5 times your RAM memory and maximum value is 3 times your RAM memory.
6) Once this is done, click on 'Set' and then OK and restart your system.
We have been getting negative feedbacks ragarding the new Ad system and hence we will surely re-consider about the issue.
