1. Go to My computer >> local disk C:\ >> Windows >> System32 >> Drivers >> ETC >> Hosts
2. Open the file in Notepad.
3. Delete any lines which has Acclaim on it,
4. Add the line below to the file
64.93.77.158 9dragons.acclaimdownloads.com/9dragons
5. Save the file and restart the computer.
If you still get the issue please contact your ISP to unblock port 1100-1200, 5000, 48300, 8220 and 8221.
