The error is caused if there is any automation or hacking software installed on the computer, please try the steps below to stop services which could cause the issue.
1. Click on start >> Run.
2. Type msconfig and click on ok button.
3. Click on services tab.
4. Click on the check box which says hide all Microsoft services.
5. Click on disable all.
6. Click on Apply and ok button.
7. Restart the computer.
If you still get the issue try to delete the files under the game guard folder and run the ndlauncher.exe file again.
