I apologize for my absence (been doing a lot of work behind the scenes).
Here is a quick update:
Players will need 2 accounts in order to fit their 3+ character for the merged server. We will be setting up a transfer page for this purpose, but may be incorporated with the security verification which starts after the closure of service.
After extensive research, server rates are about 80% finalized. The merged server will retain the EXP rates of GamersFirst which is set at extremely high. But in an event of a new server which we are highly considering at this point, it will have the same rates of GamesCampus EU.
In terms of players with multiple accounts or multiple computers on the same IP:
GameGuard will prevent the use of dual boxing. But because of lan centers across the world and players wanting to play together/next to each other, multiple connections to the game from the same IP will be allowed.
