    Dear Players,

    We realize that some of you are concerned about our recent changes to our terms of service; however this will directly improve the level of attention it allows our technical team to refocus their attention on maintaining our operating systems to prevent issues from occurring in the first place for the majority of players.

    -- The most common support issues are already answered in our forums, global problems will still be resolved, and anyone who has ever purchased, will purchase, or has earned a single Acclaim Coin will remain entirely unaffected. Again, this allows our support team to focus on more critical issues that will ensure more bug-free play time for all. Thank you for your understanding.
    -- Effective October 8th PST onwards, the e-mail support for all games will be limited to those who have purchased or earned at least one Acclaim coin for the User ID that requests support.
    -- Players who have issues with coin purchases, registrations, etc will be able to contact e-Commerce support at [email protected].
    -- The list of the coin buyers will be updated regularly and any new coin buyers will automatically be added to the list.
    -- Emails sent to support after October 8th by non qualifying players will not be answered directly.

    Nem túl bonyolult levél de nagyjából átfordítom könnyen emészthetővé. :

    Ha a büdös életben sosem volt az accountodon 1 Acclaim Coin sem, akkor ne is próbálj meg kontaktolni supporttal. Mert mint írják : az egész közösséget érintő problémákat orvosolják, és infót lehet róluk szerezni Fórumon. És a [email protected] os e-mail cím Október 8.-tól CSAK és KIZÁRÓLAG a coinhasználóknak van fenntartva. Ebbe beleérthető az is, ha valamilyen úton szereztél Acclaim Coinokat. pl.: fordítás, invite friends (régen 300 coint adtak érte), vagy mittomén. Aki valaha is szerzett Acclaim Coint az felkerül egy listára, amin nyomon lehet követni. Nem kell rendszeresen vásárolni. Elég ha csak egyszer az életben szereztél Coint. Aki pedig most tervezi, az is felkerül a listára, amint megtette. (lehet nem azonnal, hiszen tudjuk Acclaimról van szó )

    Ez nem túl kedves gesztus. De engem spec nem érint, mert elég aktív "vásárló"-nak tartom magam.^^


    Aki pedig még sosem birtokolt 1 Coint sem, és nem is tervezi a Coinvásárlást az a leírtakhoz tartsa magát. Acclaim le fogja kaksilni a fejét.
