I sent an email to Innoglow asking if they could possibly send out the map editor, and the (rather pleasant) email I got back basically told me that they have lots of tools, new units, skins, patches, and the map editor, but, for legal reasons they are unable to publish any of it (and neither can Atari). The game is officially closed. There is no more funding for the game, and there will be no more development.
