    Open regedit, Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Sports\Fifa 11. Rename the key "Fifa 11" to anything else. Exit from regedit. Try installing Fifa 12. If it does not help, restart Windows. I believe that will work
