Yes , is true! Finally i can enjoy FIFA 11 100% full 60 fps (YES, goal celebrations, goal replays, player change and best plays fixed too)
Three easy steps (Forget any solution posted here before, yes, rna.ini included)
1. Get the new catalyst 10.10 drivers from guru3d, install
2. On FIFA 11 Game setting turn all at maximum, just turn OFF antialing option only.
3. Open Catalyst control panel, go to Graphics > 3D > All. And the only option you must modify is the first one (SMOOTHVISION HD:Anti-aliasing) and turn OFF "Application Config" and put the value to 4x and "Box" in filter.
No more no less.
4. Run the game.
Enjoy FIFA 11 100% smoothtly
