Since everyone is complaining about lag in FIFA 11 I had to post this thread.

If you have dedicated graphics card and 32-bit Windows enable the integrated card too.
Open your BIOS and find "shared memory size"(Chipset section of the BIOS).Set this value to the lowest possible.Often the lowest value makes blue screen when Windows loads.Experiment.
If you don't know what is BIOS or you are unfamiliar with it DON'T TRY THIS
It is not my fault if your computer doesn't boot.

Defragment your system partition with Windows' build-in Disk Defragmenter.And use this tool
to defragment Fifa 11's Folder.
!! How to use the tool
-Open command prompt(WinKey+R and type cmd)
-Then type "path:\to\contig.exe" -s "path:\to\FIFA 11" with quotes
Example "D:\programs\contig.exe" -s "D:\Games\FIFA 11"
The tool is made by Microsoft so it's NOT a virus.

If you enable VSync enable Triple Buffering too.You should find this option in
For Nvidia : Nvidia Control Panel\Manage 3D settings\Program Settings\Add\fifa.exe\Triple Buffering->on
For Ati : I don't own such Videocard so i don't know where this option is but i'm sure it exists

-Set Screen Resolution to Monitor's recommended
-Set Game Resolution to Screen's
-Detail The lower the details are the more fps you gain
