"Dear players,
As most of you will be aware we have experienced issues with the Archlord service this weekend, this caused problems for some players with the double XP and Drop event. As such to make up for the missed double XP and drop rates we will be reapplying the event in October, this will enable players to get the benefit of the increased rates they should have got this weekend. For individual issues related to this weekend please contact Support; we will look into those on a case-by-case basis."
