"Morning everyone!
We are experiencing a slight delay in bring the server up. It will be available shortly. We have implemented a work around for the warping bug and you will now see NPC's standing at the entrances and exits to cities. Please converse with these NPC's to enter or leave a city.
We will have more notes available for this build in a moment.

UPDATE: We are pushing a new build on to the server to address a few problems. No ETA at this time.
