If You DON'T Have Slic 2.1 in BIOS:
Make sure you are disconnected from the internet.
1. Right click .exe, select run as administrator
2. Click on Uninstall 7 Loader and remove OEM logo,wait, reboot
3. Right click .exe, select run as administrator
4. On the list find your name of motherboard
5. Click on the icon (installing OEM info)
6. Click on Install 7 Loader
7. Restart (in my case it was automatic)
8. Right click .exe, select run as administrator
9. Click on Activation Status

Note: Step 9 is a Anti WGA Blacklister which stops your from getting blacklisted when doing windows updates so you MUST make sure you do the last
