Hello all,
Unfortunately we are still experiencing issues with the login servers and as of yet are unable to give a time when they will be available.
Our goal is to get you all in and playing as soon as possible, to do that we need your co-operation.
As stated earlier, we would like to reinforce the statement made regarding players attempting to login. Please close down your client / launcher and only attempt to login every 30 minutes. This will alleviate the load on the login servers and enable our Network Operations team to carry out work to rectify the situation.
This issue is directly related to the outage that occurred last Thursday and while we did a lot of work improve the problem, the amount of login attempts has increased so much that the temporary work we have done is not enough. We are of course working on a long term solution which will resolve the issue permanently.
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this issue is causing players and we'd just like to re-iterate that we will be working non-stop to ensure service returns to normal as soon as possible.
