O.L. are seeking a midfielder and seem interested in 31 year old Simone Perrotta, whose contract with Roma will expire in 2010.
According to the Sunday Express, Manchester United are now favourites to sign O.L. striker Karim Benzema after Real Madrid ruled out a move. However, the french club want nearly £90m for the 20-year-old.
