"The shaders seem to be done differently now, and the CPU needs to reconstruct the cache. The first time in an area will be choppy for a while, and then smooth out after a few minutes, and then you should not have the problem anymore. However, loading times are higher now with the patch. As you can see in my sig, my computer is not very good, but I still keep a solid 25-30fps most places, and up to 43 in a confined area such as Bubshur underground thing."
