Just select your iso file and your ss file, click if its an xbox iso or 360 iso then click merge.
The security sector will be put at the right sectors on the Iso file.
Caution Iso file will be modified, it wont create a new file (unlike isobuilder in the extreme package) witch i do think is a waste of space and time.
(I did not tried if iso file worked as I don't have a TS drive... so please tell me if it work fine , i only checked if the file was modified in the right way).
How to use :
1 - Make sure you have .Net Framework 2 installed.
2 - Browse for the iso that has been created via hotswap ( not the way described in the xtreme package )
3 - Browse for the Security Sector file
4 - If its an original xbox iso, click the xbox button, it will set the ss offset and choose xbox layer break file.
5 - Hit Merge and Create Layer break file
6 - Burn the .dvd file that was created with clone dvd.
