Felvetettem azt a kérdést AW fórumon, hogy azok az országok is kapnak-e DLC tokent, ahol nincs odaírva, Ez volt a válasz "To the best of my knowledge, all copies of Alan Wake will ship with the DLC token. I don't know about any country-specific arrangements there, but I suppose it's not inconceivable that there might be some. Still, as far as I know, everybody who buys the game should get the free DLC token. " Emiatt azért reménykedek hátha nem kell majd külön megvenni az első DLCt.
