-Must not a member of another virtual fighter wing (BMS or DCS), including "Demo" teams.
-The ability to ramp-start the F-16 from completely cold and dark is desired however, dedication, a willingness to listen and a strong desire to learn is a requirement.
-The ability to air to air refuel, timing is not necessary at this step but to graduate through IQT, we require a 90 second hook up time.
-The ability to learn and take advice from the IP's and senior members of the wing. This wing has quite a few people here that have literally thousands of hours in Falcon so there is a lot of experience to learn from.
