BlackRose #236 Köszi a fáradságot, a válaszok segítenek :), tehát van minden, na mégis a szint szerinted milyen? Mert tudod, dolgoztam olyan helyen is ahol szupersztár voltam, de olyan helyen is ahol voltak még hasonló tudású emberek (itt középeurópában), aztán dolgoztam USA szakemberekkel akik kevesebbet tudtak nállam, de "felügyelőknek" küldték őket ide... ez csupán csak azért érdekelt, hogy tudjam hová tenni magam, gondolom, hogy nem lesz könnyű egylépésből a saját szintemhez megfelelő melót találni, mert ez sohasem könnyű egy új környezetben, kapcsolatok nélkül, de azért mégsem szeretnék nagyot visszalépni még ideiglenessen sem :) de hát ki szeretne. Különben mit gondolsz 12+ év tapasztalat jelent valamit, meg egy jó rakás project referencia? Eddig kaptam néhány pozitív választ, hogy ha jövök jelenkezzek... na de ez még azért messze van a jó állástól. Különben magam jönnék, nincsennek gyerekeim (hehe bár nem tudok rólluk :)))
Elhiszem amit mondasz az IT-ről, de érdekességként a múltkor ezt elmentettem...

The IT market in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is expected to grow almost 94 per cent to $13.4 billion by 2008, industry officials said.
About 80 per cent of the stand space at the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (Gitex) 2005 has been sold out with about three months left until the show that is now in its 25th edition, organisers Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) said.
Claire Winfield, DWTC's International Project Manager, said, "The success of Gitex in attracting top exhibitors from around the world is a clear reflection of the phenomenal growth of the IT market in the MENA region that is set to grow by almost 94 per cent from current levels to $13.4 billion in 2008.
"The response from exhibitors has been tremendous this year as we celebrate 25 years of serving the needs of the IT industry."
The event will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 25 to 29.
With 25 years of international experience in serving the needs in every aspect of the information technology sector, Gitex is established as a permanent fixture in the calendar of IT professionals worldwide that account for the more than 100,000 visitors to each edition.
The importance of Gitex cannot be overstated, given the critical role that the event plays in bringing together key exhibitors from the regional and international IT industry into direct contact with technology professionals and decision makers from the GCC, Middle East and Africa, India, Iran, Levant, Pakistan, Asia, North America and Europe.
Gitex 2005 will showcase an entire range of IT related products and services including IT equipment and systems, computer components and peripherals, storage media, printers, copiers and pre-print systems, consumer electronics and home automation, office automation, point-of-sale systems, embedded computer technology, security systems, power supplies for information and communication systems and biometric identification systems.
Gitex 2004 welcomed more than 939 exhibitors representing more than 2,428 companies from 41 countries.
The record-breaking event covered a vast expanse of 27,504 square metres of floor space and attracted 116,346 trade visitors.

P.S. a főnököd jó, :) én azért $5000-el meglennék elégedve még lakás és kocsi nélkül is :), ha nem titok melyik multinál vagy esetleg kell ott nektek egy tapasztalt Szoftveres (manager, team leader, fejlesztő, valami middle to high-end pozíció (nem válogatok annyira kezdetnek)) :))) aki komoly "business process analysis and optimization" tapasztalattal rendelkezik, na persze nem kötelező a válasz, ez inkább olyan nemformális kérdés ha nem haragszol :)
