How to use:
1. Place .pef files (contained in this folder) into PES2013_Editor/cfg/formations
2. Open PES2013_Editor, click on 'teams' tab, then choose team you wish to edit.
3. Choose desired formation/tactic from the 'formation' dropdown.
4. Save.
