This is the one I am personally using for my ML. I'm also using NESA's PES5 port patch:

1. Attack = 1 (all players)
2. Defence = 1 (all players)
3. Attack Awareness = 2 (all players); = 1 (GK only)
4. Tenacity = 99 (all players)

This seems to have worked pretty well so far. ML scores are realistic and in game play is enjoyable.
