Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has today confirmed that this years PES Finals, on September the 25th, are set to be the first to be streamed live on the internet.
The showpiece event, which this year takes place in Majorca, as masters of PES from around the world come together and compete to become the ultimate champion.
The competition, which will be streamed live via Ustream, will pit 40 players from across the globe against each other in a Champions League of PES players!
With the competition kicking off at 17:00 local time players from 23 represented countries will begin in randomly selected groups with the top two players from each proceeding into the knockout stages.
Viewers will be able to watch the action unfold with selected matches being shown online. The video stream will also allow those watching to participate in an online chat window to discuss the tournament and fire away questions at KONAMI representatives.
The tournament will be followed by a live broadcast of the prize giving ceremony where you can see Jon Murphy (the PES European Team Leader) and Shingo ‘Seabass’ Takatsuka (Series producer) hand over the trophy to the winner.
