I've one suggestion that could make your turfs more realistic. It is about the pattern:
What I want to make clear with that picture is the following:
1, 2 & 3
There are three lines that you could consider when you do the turf patterns: 1 as the goal-end line, 2 as the penalty box line and 3 as the half-way line.
In most stadiums, not all stripes have the same width!
That's what I tried to indicate in with blue and yellow lines.
The two stripes in the middle of the field (YELLOW) are actually more narrow than the other ones (BLUE).
I think you would add a lot of realism to the game and your turfs if you would consider that!
