Ariel "The Master Assassin" Santarelli and XB have been studying the scans from the Hobby Consolas magazine. Apparently Chelsea and Arsenal (among others) are out of the Champions League. The Spanish League is not complete, ONLY the Champions league teams plus some other teams:
Licensed Spanish Liga teams:
* Real Madrid
* Barcelona
* Atletico de Madrid
* Mallorca
* Deportivo
* Villareal
Licensed English teams:
* Manchester
* Liverpool
The following CL teams are not licensed, even if you play with the CL
* Berkshier Blue (this proves that Chelsea is not licensed)
* North London (this proves that it's not licensed in the champions or in the EPL)
However, the TV logo, the clock, the popups, the music, the Adidas official ball... has the licensed champions look and feel.
