    We're aware of the situation and are working on it. The new "better information per car" stuff in this build will impact the maximum number of cars that can be transmitted. We made adjustments to the bandwidth settings to mostly compensate for this.

    Unfortunately, there is a bug in the code that balances how the car information is encoded for transmission from the server to the sim. This bug is causing it to favor a higher-detail encoding for too many cars, thus gobbling up the space that was intended to be used by cars sent using the lower-detail encoding. This bug wasn't identified in time for today's build. But it will be fixed in the next patch, whenever that is. "
