They’ve Adapted!!
Aetherian humanoid enemies have gained access to the “Adaptation” mechanic.
This excludes most construct-types and the Aetherian Security encountered in “Axiom.”
This mechanic has not been added to special encounters and boss fights, in order to maintain their current expected flow.
Added necessary content mechanics to “Axiom” and “Best Laid Plans” to auto-display the Remodulator and provide tutorialization for the Adaptation mechanic.
General
"Spirit of Sacrifice" Universal Console (Trafalgar):
Passive effects of this console have been changed to be always active.
Passive Weapon Power Cost reduction has been reduced to 50%.
Base Recharge Time for this Console has been reduced to 60sec, but it now also has a minimum cooldown of 25sec.
Fixed an issue that was preventing the "Radiolytic Omni-Directional Phaser Beam Array" from appearing as a reward from the "The Last Generation" Weapon Packs.
Fixed an issue with the Console - Universal - Pahvan Crystal Battery that was preventing it from properly reducing shared cooldowns on Cannon Firing Modes.
Modified the effects of the "Breen's Free Fire" Starship Trait due to recent change in Fire-at-Will cooldowns. This now only adds 5 seconds to your duration of Fire-at-Will, instead of 9, to coincide with the recently reduced shared cooldown timers.
Removed the Normal versions of the featured TFOs from the event, as they weren't eligible for daily progress rewards.

3189 Dress Uniform
The 3189 Dress Uniform Unlock will now allow the pants and boots from the 3189 set to be unlocked as well.
Added Starfleet 3189 Pants and Boots to 3189 Admiral Uniform.
“Best Laid Plans” (Episode)
Thaseen-Fei is now correctly immune to control abilities.
Updated the display names of some powers used during the fight with Thaseen-Fei.
Updated Golor-Bex’s display name that appears when targeted.
Added missing regeneration abilities to Koren, Jarok, and Shon, allowing them to regenerate Health and Shields when not in combat.
"Shattered Peace" (TFO)
Fixed an issue preventing players from completing the TFO.
Fixed an issue with Khitomer Strike Force objective not correctly completing when certain ships became disabled.
Fixed an issue that caused players to be able to leave the TFO before receiving rewards.
