    Active ability
    Activating this console's ability will cause your starship to emit a densely packed field of tachyons around your ship in a large radius. These particles interact with the shields of foes and allies differently. Foes within this field's radius will suffer dramatic shield damage and a lingering shield hardness debuff. Allies within this field will receive shield regeneration and a shield hardness buff. Upon expiration of this field, a final tachyon particle pulse will be emitted that will deal a more powerful version of the effects listed above.

    Starship Trait: Tachyon Dispersal
    While Tachyon Beam is active on a target it will also significantly reduce the target's shield hardness. In addition, if Tachyon Beam reaches its full duration it will release a large burst of Tachyon energy that will inflict shield damage over time and reduce the shield hardness of affected targets within its radius.

    This is something you've all been waiting for. It also comes in 2 variants, and both of them have a fleet variant. The variants are Intel (Archon-class) and Command (Vizier-class).

    While this trait is slotted Eject Warp Plasma will have its duration reduced from 30 seconds to 15 seconds, but each plasma cloud will explode in a 2km AoE dealing shield penetrating Plasma damage.
    After 15 seconds Plasma Clouds created by Eject Warp Plasma explode inflicting:

    Console: Quantum Deceleration Field Generator
    When this ability is activated, you will generate a large field around your starship that will gradually slow the flow of time for enemies within its radius. Affected enemies will suffer damage over time that will increase the longer they remain in the field. In addition, foes within the field will suffer from a reduction to flight speed, which increases over time. After remaining in the field for 5 seconds, they will become held for a short time. Targets that remain in the field for the entirety of its 10 second duration will suffer instant heavy Physical damage.

    Starship Trait: Delphic Phasing
    While this trait is slotted, you will gain a stack of Partial Delphic Phasing each time you score a critical hit. You may only generate 1 stack every 2 seconds. Each stack of Partial Delphic Phasing provides an increase to All Energy Damage resistance rating and lasts for a short duration. At 10 stacks of Delphic Phasing, you become immune to Energy Damage for a short time. After this effect wears off, you will be unable to generate stacks of Delphic Phasing for a period of time.
    When you are critically hit gain 1 stack of Partial Dephic Phasing (once per 2 seconds):
    Self: +5 All Energy Damage Resistance Rating per stack of Partial Delphic Phasing for 15 sec (Max 10 stacks)
    At 10 stacks of Partial Delphic Phasing:
    Self: Immunity to All Energy Damage for 5 sec
    Self: Clears all stacks of Partial Delphic Phasing and prevents new stacks for 45 sec

    Sphere Builder Denuos Dreadnought Carrier [T6]

    Console: Chroniton Fragmentation Warhead Launcher
    When this ability is activated, your starship will launch a projectile that will detonate, in a large area-of-effect, shortly before hitting your target. Foes hit by this explosion will be bombarded by Chroniton Warhead fragments which will cause heavy kinetic damage and have their turn rate and flight speed drastically reduced. After a short countdown, these fragments will explode inflicting shield penetrating heavy kinetic damage. This explosion also knocks a random sub-system offline.

    Foe: Kinetic Damage (100% Shield Penetration)

    Starship Trait: Delphic Shockwave
    While this trait is slotted, your Photonic Shockwave Science Bridge Officer ability will leave behind a localized anomaly that mimics the effects of the Delphic Expanse. Enemies that enter this hazard will suffer radiation damage over time. Additionally, while this trait is slotted, Photonic Shockwave will no longer repel.
    Self: Removes the Repel effect from your Photonic Shockwave ability
    Self: Using Photonic Shockwave leaves behind a level 61 Delphic Expanse Anomaly:

    Delphic Antiproton Weapons: Delphic Antiproton weapons generate micro-tears within the fabric of spacetime, traveling through multiple dimensions at the same time as they reach the intended target. This results in a chance to severely increase the user’s critical hit chance and severity for a short time. Opening this pack presents you with a choice between Beam, Cannon, and Ground Weaponry. All weapons contained within these crates are of purple quality, and contain the special procs of Delphic Antiproton weapons, in addition to other random modifiers.

    Sphere Builder Kit Modules and BOFF Powers

    Engineering:
    Explosive Drone Fabrication: Explosive Drone Fabrication creates a semi-autonomous drone which identifies and hunts down hostile targets. The drone is equipped with an antiproton beam and a cabrodine-infernite charge. The charge explodes upon reaching close proximity to the enemy target, causing kinetic damage to all nearby enemies. Additionally, this device will self-destruct in twenty seconds.
    Science:
    Interphase Decay: Interphase Decay rapidly shunts a single target between multiple dimensional states simultaneously. This "phasing" causes an intense build-up of potential energy, which causes the target to be more susceptible to damage, and discharges into the surrounding area after reaching a critical mass.
    Tactical:
    Repulsor Burst: Built using technology recovered during the Battle of Procyon V and intended to defend officers in close-quarters combat, Repulsor Burst fires a tightly contained pulse of energy at a single target. This burst causes kinetic damage and is capable of knocking most bipedal species completely off their feet.

    Assault Drone Fabrication: Support Drones are fabricated with additional combat subroutines, giving them a Wide Beam secondary fire.
    Distributed Shield Rerouting: Distributed Shield Rerouting causes Reroute Power to Shields to apply a weaker shield heal to nearby allies when activated.
    Space:
    EPS Overload: You carefully overload your EPS conduits, resulting in increased weapons performance. The exact nature of the improvement is based on which power level was highest at the time of activation.

    Nadion Bypass: You bypass some of the safety restrictions from performing a Nadion Inversion, increasing the damage output of energy weapons for a short time.

    Nanoprobe Contagion: Your nanoprobe infestations are especially virulent, allowing for smaller doses to infest targets. Your Nanoprobe Infestation's recharge time is reduced if the initial target dies while it is still active.
    Tricorder Analysis: Tricorder Scan pinpoints critical locations within the physiology of your targets, allowing you to cause more damage with critical hits for a short time.

    Space:
    Photonic Reinforcement: As an expert in Photonic Studies, your Photonic Fleet ability summons an additional ship.
    Subnucleonic Transferal: Your advanced understanding of nucleonic physics allows for Subnucleonic Beam to drain a portion of your target's power levels, increasing your own in the process.
    Tactical:
    Ground:
    Combined Assault: You quickly designate targets for your away team to focus fire. Your Fire on my Mark's recharge time is reduced if the target dies while it is still active.
    Security Detail: Your Security Escorts are now trained in the use of grenades.
    Space:
    A Good Day To Die: You are always willing to go down fighting with your ship. Go Down Fighting may be activated at any Hull integrity. Its scaling benefits will function as though your Hull is at 50% Hull Integrity, at most.
    Coordinated Targeting Solution: You can quickly coordinate firing solutions on vulnerable ships. Your Fire on my Mark's recharge time is reduced by if the target dies while it is still active.
