GILARDINO: 'We're united, we'll react'
9/18/2005
GENOA - Alberto Gilardino talked about his first goal for the club. The striker said: 'I scored but it was a pity it didn't bring a win. We gave away two goals due to a lack of concentration, without this we could have finished off the game earlier. I think Milan played their game, we created chances so it wasn't a totally negative performance. I missed a chance but it wasn't easy. Castellini got across to close the space in front of goal. I also think that maybe I should have had a penalty. Now we have to react but I am confident. We are a united group, all the players know where we want to arrive. We have a great desire to bounce back in the next game.'
