    Kalac - 6: Made a brilliant save from Frick and was always comfortable.

    Cafu - 6.5: Always offered support down the wing and his running was endless.

    Nesta - 7: Another solid performance at the back, always snuffed out the danger but came off at half time with a knock.

    Maldini - 7.5: When he gets it right, he can still be the best in his position at 39. Played like he did in his prime.

    Jankulovski - 6: Some careless passing at times but made up for it with some good defending.

    Brocchi - 6.5: Played in Gattuso’s role and was impressive by and large, despite a few minor lapses in concentration.

    Ambrosini - 6.5: Good positional sense and created some good link up play.

    Pirlo - 7.5: Sublime passing and he was the key to Milan’s attacks.

    Serginho - 5.5: Made some good runs down the left but his delivery was poor.

    Ronaldo - 5.5: Drifted in and out of the game and struggled to impose himself.

    Inzaghi - 5.5: Always caught offside and when he was on he fluffed some excellent chances.

    Subs: Paloschi 7, Bonera 6, Seedorf 6.5.
