    looting (taking things from monsters someone else killed or from the dead body of a player)

    experience thiefing (attacking/killing a monster that attacks another player or make it attack you on purpose)

    stealing (taking something that obviously belongs to someone else)

    scamming (betraying in trade)

    spawn- or NPC blocking (keeping a monster from spawning - talking nonsense to a NPC with the only purpose to keep someone else from him/her)

    spawnthiefing (overtaking a claimable spawn when it's not your turn)

    blocking/trapping (moving in the way of another player on purpose or arranging things in a way that the other can't move/get out anymore)

    pking/luring (cause the death of a player on purpose or lure monsters away from their spawnarea in order to get other players killed)

    disrespect of common courtesy (jumping the queue when there's a line organized, throwing trash in other people's houses, messing up events, etc.)
