"Basecamp is basically (to my knowledge) camping in or just outside a base and killing people as they are seen within the base. Baseraping is basically going through a base and killing people as soon as they spawn. When one side is down to their home base, it is generally regarded as fair play when the enemy does not camp that base and instead lets the losing side come to their flags and engage them their (it's more fun for both sides)."
