Hello,
The character listed below was recently reported to have a name that violates the User Agreement Section 4e and is not allowed to be used. In an effort to limit the interruption of your game play as much as possible, a temporary name was assigned to the character listed below, the costume(s) has been reset to basic tights, and the profile has been reset. For each costume that has been reset your character has been granted a free costume change at any Icon tailor shop. We are sending you this notice to provide you an opportunity to correct this.

Original Character Name/Server: ShadowCat on Guardian
Temporary Character Name: Generic 090 097 397
Intellectual Property: Shadowcat
Costume Slots Changed: 2
If you wish to change the temporary name for this character, you can reply to this message and include 3 new character names, in order of preference. If all three character names are already in use, the first name may be used with numbers or other characters appended to the name to make it unique. If the three new character names you supply are also in violation, you may forfeit the opportunity to change the name of the character. If you are in doubt as to whether a name is appropriate, it is best to choose a different name. Once we receive the new name choices from you we will change the name. The PlayNC Support team cannot accept references to or derivatives of the existing name.
If you have any other characters with names or costumes that in any way resemble a protected intellectual property, they are also in violation of the User Agreement and will have to be changed. Please reply to this email with a list of any characters on your account that will need to be changed. We will reset each costume to plain tights and at the same time grant the character a free costume change at the Icon tailor shop for each reset costume slot. This will allow your character to change to a new costume of your own design that is not in violation of the copyright without costing any influence.
The PlayNC Support Team will not modify any titles the character may have as a result of this incident. Failure to complete this request may result in account suspensions or termination if your account if discovered violating copyright policies in the future.
