XMX #3 Is that cd burner installed in your computer? A lot of times if someone removes hardware from their computer without first uninstalling the drivers, windows will load the drivers even though the device isn't there. If the burner is still installed on your computer, I would uninstall the drivers and software for the burner and reinstall it.
