NCsoft was informed that the purchase of the game time code was reported as unauthorized by the original retailer. This caused the provided serial code and game account where that serial code is registered to be blocked.
If you purchased this game time card code from Digital River, Direct to Drive, Steam, or another authorized retailer, please contact the correct retailer's support regarding this issue.
If you purchased this game time card code from any other website, please reply to this email with the name and URL of the website from which it was purchased. We recommend contacting the seller from whom you purchased the game time card code for a full refund. To ensure this does not happen in the future, if you wish to play the game, please purchase a retail copy/access key from an authorized retailer. It is also good to keep in mind, that if you see a deal on a game time card that is too good to be true, it probably is.
