széjjelváglak #80883 Akkor álljon itt pár sor válasz a múltkori bannolásról. Angolom nem túl fényes, de talán a lényeg lejön. Fontos, egyik e-mailben sem kértem az account visszaállítását, csakis a körülményekre voltam/vagyok kiváncsi.

Hi,
I did ask, can I become proof about the account termination. It is nice and great that you consulted with ncsoft staff, but this answer isnt enough for me. What software did I use? Do u have screenshot? Please show login report.... It's easy to say, you are banned, BUT I need proof!

Hello,
The decision to terminate the account is final and not up for review. NCsoft cannot allow use of third party software within the game for any reason or at any time. Our goal has always been to provide a safe, clean game for players to experience, and this is not conduct which is permissible in any regards.
We have thoroughly reviewed this incident and the actions that were taken in this particular case, and after doing so, we maintain absolute confidence in the conclusion that was reached. As a result, the account will remain permanently closed and is not eligible for reactivation.
At this time we must also respectfully inform you that any further questions regarding the account termination may be closed without response, as we feel that this matter has been attended to and addressed appropriately to fully inform you of the situation.
