The Korean Public Test Server (11/19/08 ) Changes are as follows:

[Skills]
1. The lvl83 summon skills (the one you use fuse with your summon) has been changed so that you don't need a summon out to use it.
2. The following has been changed to "Improved" Skills
-Eye of Paggario: also ADDS Increases Accuracy, Decreases Critical damage taken
-Soul Of Paggario: also ADDS Increases Magic casting speed, and improves Magic crit rate
3. Skills that need Battle Force/Spell Force have been changed so that you don't need Spell Force/Battle Force.
4. If you have already acquired the skill, Battle Force or Spell Force, the skill will be removed from your skill list and 25,000,000SP will be given.
5. The flying transformation skill, "リルリジアビリティ" (unknown skill name in english; Direct Translation: "Riruji" Ability), has been changed to 10 minutes.
[Territory Wars]
1. The Mercenary Leader NPC has been to moved to each castle's towns.
2. The problems regarding the effects of territory skills have been fixed
3. Members of clans that have registered for territory wars can not leave clan or delete name during the duration of a territory war.
4. 20 minutes prior to the territory war, a command (note:straight translation was "Battleground") channel will be activated and specific disguised equipment and transformation has been changed to become possible.
[Olympiad/Cleft]
1. "Immortal Seed" or "Destruction Seed" status must be stable in order to enter the Cleft. (Note: Assuming the "Cleft" is some kind of special hunting area in Gracia.)
2. While porting to olympiad, all the skills' reuse time is reset to its original status. (Note: Meaning no more waiting for your skills to reset.)
[Items]
1. The problem regarding weapons or armor not being able to get elements has been fixed.
2. The problem regarding the territory necklace/ring's element values being inconsistant or incorrect has been fixed.
3. The problem regarding the Blacksmith Mammon not being able to trade Rare (Foundation) Upper Armor to Normal Upper Armor has been fixed.
4. The Dual Daggers' physical attack has been decreased, and the attack speed has been changed to "Very Fast".
5. The problem regarding the Foundation Dynasty Necklace's magic defence value being incorrect or inconsistant has been fixed.
6. The tool tip explanation of special items obtained during territory wars has been edited for correction.
[Quest]
1. When completeing quests related to Territory Wars, an EXP/SP award will be given each time.
2. A quest in Gludio that couldn't be completed has been fixed, so it can be completed.
[UI]
1. The Character Interface and Inventory Interface has been changed
