    12.7 Existing Skill Changes
    - All skills cooldown decreased to 1/4 but unaffected by casting/attack speed
    - when healing, if skill mastery (i.e. the lvl 77 skill everyone gets) is toggled, the healing effect will increase 3-fold
    - the 2 bow/bowgun skills the do more damage when low HP (I think it's the PR and Trickster one) is changed to a 'Frenzy'-type skill (I assume it means you can only use when low hp)
    - Increased following success rate: backstab, deadly blow, lethal blow, critical blow, blinding blow
    - Knight-type classes' normal attacks have additional hate
    - Summoners gain MP when doing normal attacks (like prophets??)
    - Inspect skills cooldown/duration changes:
    - Appetite for Destruction, Vampiric Impulse, Protection Instinct, Magic Impulse: Cool down decreased to 1/2, duration increased by 15s
    - (all the debuffs): duration increased by 60s
    - (I think restoration): duration incrased by 15s
    - Kamael Race have increased defense against critical attacks: decreased chance to *get* critical hitted, decrease critical damage received
    - The following skills will remove buffs that affect the same type of stat (maybe not prophecies... unconfirmed):
    - warrior bane, mage bane, mass warrior bane, mass mage bane, block windwalk, block sheild, mass block windwalk, mass block shield
    - OL clan buffs now affects party members too
    - .... not sure... but I think its: fatal strike's (maybe it's hammer crush) power increased, has chance to lethal
    - hate and hate aura now gives the caster maximum hate value, aginst players chance to change target increased by 90%
    - judgement and tribunal have added effects: Decrease pdef against melee weapons
    - skill name change...
    - sacrifice skills: removed <75% limit to ability to cast. Reduced HP cost, increased success rate (I think i got soemthing wrong here)
    - Following skills have reduced hate values:
    - greater heal, greater group heal, major heal, major group heal
    - Following skills are now learned at 82 instead of 81 (if you've learnt it already it will remain):
    - the 3 protection skills
    - Skills added to following classes:
    - 6th sense: hell knight, pheonix knight, eva templar, shillien templar
    - detect weakness: duelist, dreadnought, grand khavitari, titan, meastro, fortune seeker, doombringer, soul hound
    - vampiric mist added debuff effect
    - shadow step will take you behind the target
    - <skill name> changed to lvl 80 skill, can learn directly from skill trainer
    - <something armour skill> increased effect, duration changed to 5min, cooldown is 1hour
    - healing skills casting duration decreased (i.e. faster cast speed)
    - focus attack changed to toggle skill
    - lure, hate value increased
    - using toggle skills will not interrupt player movement (finally!!)
    - changed look of skill description display window
    - changed sound effect of poison blade dance
    - new graphic animations:
    - real target, death mark, warrior skills, invincible-type skills

    Skill Enchant System changes
    - XP consumed for skill enchant reduced to 1/10 (note: doesn't say SP but I'm assuming it does from the next line)
    - XP/SP consumed for Safe Skill Enchant reduced to 1/6
    Current Skill enchant effects changes:
    - War Cry (prev: increase war cry effect, now: increase patk statically)
    - Drains - Power (added: life leech effect increased)
    - Hell Knight, Warsmith, Necromancer. Over enchanting summons will give a 10% xp penalty, this penalty will dissapear after lvl 80.
    - Hate-type skills, if enchanted for power, will increase hate power effect (???)
    New Skill Enchant effects:
    - Additional enchant options, including a PVP-oriented [Combat] enchant option
