Summary: Deadly Blow cannot lethal strike HP on players, focus chance adds a huge amount to "SKILL" landing rate (not just focus on regular swings - this is new in interlude). Assassination adds +10% to stab land rate from the front and +20% from the back. 47 STR increases dagger skill critical rate to +23% on backstab and Lethal blow.
