Könyörgő levelekkel felesleges szenvedni. Az én accomat kb 2 éve bannolták (akkor már más használta), majd tavaly megpróbáltam levetetni a bant 1 ilyen levéllel: :D

Ok, now I see the situation. My laptop was stolen about half a year ago and I haven't been playing Lineage 2 since. Today I wanted to play again on my new computer, but I had to discover that I have been banned. Maybe someone else used my account with my stolen laptop and that's why I'm banned. I think I'm innocent in this situation, if you look into your logs (the ip addresses), you should see that I have not logged into my account for about half a year, so my account have been stolen.

Thank you for contacting us. The user of the account was found using an illegal 3rd party program to automate actions in the game. Our in-game staff confirms the use of a 3rd party program through a variety of methods including one or more of the following methods:
- Examination of our extensive logs and records of activity and chat in the game
- Attempting to speak with the customer in English and Chinese, through both "tells" and the in-game petition window that indicates a communication from a member of our staff
- Appearing in front of the customer and attempting to get their attention by visual means
- Teleporting the character to another location
We take great care to verify that a third party program was used before taking any action. We understand that some persons may not speak English or may miss some messages that are sent to them, and our procedures are designed to compensate for this and ensure that any person who is actually at the computer playing will not be confused with a "bot" program.
We have thoroughly reviewed this incident and the actions that were taken in this particular case, and after doing so, we maintain absolute confidence in the conclusion that was reached. As a result, the account will remain permanently closed.

Úgyhogy részvétem. Amúgy valami új módszerük lehet, mert ahogy olvasom másfelé is, egyszerre lett banolva nagyon sok account. Szerintem most már simán látják ki használ botot, nem kell ráírni az illetőte, odateleportálni mellé, stb.
