    2-7. Match Rules

    1. There are two types of competition in the Olympiad tournament. One is the large competition per class and the other is a competition not dependent on the class. For the by-class competition, one can only compete against others of the same class. In the no-restriction competition, one can compete against even those who are not of the same class.
    2. One can participate only by speaking with the Olympiad Administrator. Competing can only take place from 8PM to midnight for a total of 4 hours. Registrations for the competition outside of the competition hours are not accepted.
    3. Registrants are randomly matched and are summoned to the tournament arena to battle.
    4. From 30 seconds prior to being summoned to the tournament arena, a system message will guide the competitor.
    5. Competitors have about 45 seconds to prepare and then the tournament arena is switched out for a battle arena and the competition begins.
    6. A match lasts for a maximum of 3 minutes. The person whose HP reaches 0 first is the loser. If no decision comes out of those 3 minutes, then the one who inflicted the most damage is declared the winner.
    7. When a winner is decided, a system message with the winner and change in Olympiad points is announced and the competitors are moved back to town.
    8. In the battle arena, even if a character reaches 0 HP, it will not die; at that moment in time, only the winner is determined.
    9. After being summoned to the tournament arena, before a winner is determined, if a person's game unnaturally terminates, then that person is declared to be the loser of the match. If the server goes down in the middle of a match, the match is cancelled and players restart in town.
    10. Before the start of a match, HP, MP, and CP all are restored. All pre-existing buffs and debuffs are removed. Also, summoned pets are all unsummoned. Summons/Cubics do not disappear but are moved to the tournament arena together with their masters.

    2-8. Important Olympiad Information

    1. Only the main class may participate in the tournament. After registering for the tournament, if a main class is switched to a subclass, that person is excluded from/removed off the waiting-list.
    2. If one is in a party at the moment one is summoned to the tournament arena, one is automatically removed from the party.
    3. One cannot participate in the tournament if one reaches 0 Olympiad points.
    4. Except for soulshots, spiritshots, sound/echo crystals, energy stones, and firecrackers, other items may not be used in the Olympiad competition. However, the "Beast's Soulshot/Spiritshot" may be used and the "Blessed Beast's Spiritshot" may not be used.
    5. Recall, Party Recall, and similar type of skills cannot be used.
    6. You cannot compete in the tournament if your inventory slots are 80% or more full.

    2-9. Olympiad Point

    1. When the Olympiad period first begins, all Noblesse are given 18 points to start with. 3 additional points are given each week.
    2. After an Olympiad match, the Olympiad points of the loser are given to the winner.
    3. One can view one's current Olympiad point value by speaking with the Olympiad Administrator.
    4. At the moment the Olympiad ends, if one has collected 40 or more Olympiad points, one can trade the points at the Olympiad Administrator for Noblesse Gate Passes. The exchange rate is 1 point for 1000 Noblesse Gate Passes. For example, if you have 40 Olympiad points, then you will receive 40,000 Noblesse Gate Passes. However, if you have 39 Olympiad points, you cannot receive any Noblesse Gate Passes.
    5. There is a limit to the amount of Olympiad points that can be exchanged for a reward. When Olympiad points exceed 2,000, then only the amount of Noblesse Gate Passes for just 2,000 are exchanged.
    6. Upon being selected as a hero, you will receive an additional 100,000 gate passes.
    7. Noblesse Gate Passes can be used at the Olympiad Administrator to purchase items or at Gatekeeper

s to teleport to various regions.
