Clan Wars in C4
Please note the following changes to the PTS translation:
QUOTE
* In a two-way war, when a player PKs an enemy player, the kill increases his/her karma and pvp count but not his/her PK count. The amount of Karma is dependent on the character's PK count.
* In a one-way war, if a player from the clan that declared the war PKs an enemy player, the kill increases his/her Karma and PK count.
In my haste to translate asap I missed a small (big) detail. It seems that the system's been changed so that players now gain karma even in 2-way war.. . O_O (I think I missed it 'cause I didn't even imagine that they would change it like this)
To make the whole deal easier to understand I made a little chart.

Other points to be noted are:
* Clans can declare war to upto 30 clans, and can receive an infinite number of declarations.
* Clans must be Level 3 or higher and must have 15 or more members to send or receive war declaraions
Apologies for the trouble this mistranslation has caused ><

One question:
A wars B
B refuse
If B kills A .. seems like A suffers only 1% xp death
If A kills B.. does B suffer 1 or 4% ?
Also, is the rule "if you're killed by a Servitor/Pet in Clan Wars & Siege, you suffer full xp death" still valide in C4 ?

In Chronicle 4, the clan war feature has been revised to facilitate open-field warfare. The system detailed here completely replaces the existing clan war system.
1. Proclaiming War
Only the leader of a level 3 or higher clan that has 15 or more members can declare war.
2. Clan Receiving a War Proclamation
1. The player can only declare war on clans that are level 3 or higher and have 15 or more members.
2. The player can not declare war on clans that are in the same alliance. Also, the player cannot ally with a clan that is in war status with the player's clan.
3. Clans that are in war can still send and receive war declarations and increase their scale of war.
4. A clan can have a maximum of 30 active war declarations, but are unlimited in the number of declations they can receive.
5. Withdrawing from clan war can be delegated.
6. Command related to proclaiming clan war are as follows.
* /outcomingwarlist : list of clans that the player's clan has declared war on
* /incomingwarlist : list of clans that have declared war on the player's clan
* /dualwarlist : list of clans that the player is in two-way war with
(note: the commands are completely inaccurate as I can only guess how NCNA will choose to translate them)
3. Clan War Declaration
1. Clan wars can be declared and activated with no regard to whether the subjected clan is in agreement or not. Members of the subjected clan will receive a notice that war has been declared on them.
2. Xp loss upon death in the situation where the player dies to a clan that his/her clan has declared war on is 1/4 of normal XP loss. This holds true even if the enemy clan hasn't declared war in return.
3. In a two-way war, when a player PKs an enemy player, the kill goes towards his/her PVP count.
4. In a one-way war, if a player from the clan that declared the war PKs an enemy player, the kill goes towards his/her PK count.
5. The war tag appears on the enemy clan as soon as the player's clan declares war on the subjected clan.
4. Ending/Withdrawing from Clan War
1. Withdrawing from war can be done through a command or by using the war withdrawal button in the clan menu and typing in the target clan's name.
2. Similarly to declaration, withdrawal can occur without the consent of the enemy clan. A withdrawal will notify one's own clan members and the enemy clan's members through a system message.
3. A clan war ends when both clans withdraw from war.
4. The previous surrender system has now been removed.
