:
1) Head to Gludio and go into the dark elf guild building.
2) The npc on your left gives the quest (entering from south). Select the second option. Obtain some sort of chain for skulls.
3) Go north from Gludio toward the "elf common" area indicated on the map on this site. South west of the dark elf bridge you will find werewolves.
4) Kill them until you have 13 skulls.
5) Go back to the npc in Gludio. Select second option. Obtain a parchment.
6) Go to Gludin and go into the dark elf guild building.
7) The npc is a female dark elf without the standard trainer looks.
8) Talk to her and obtain a necklace.
9) Go back to Gludio and head south (not into the wastelands of despair) until you find a greenish spider with yellow hair. There are very few spawning there. Kill them until you get a carapace.
10) Head back to where you killed the werewolves. Kill the spiders there until you get 5 silks.
11) Go back to the npc in Gludin. Obtain a coffin.
12) Go back to the npc in Gludio. Obtain an eye.
14) Talk to the npc next to him until you hear some music.
15) Congrats - You are now a Palus Knight.
