Magister Sidra starts you on this quest, who is located in Gludio Castle Town's Dark Elf Guild. The Dark Elf Guild is near the Eastern exit of Gludio Castle Town. Sidra will give you Sidra's Letter and tell you to get the Garmiel Book and the Andariel Book from Magister Talbot.
Magister Talbot is located in the Dark Elf Guild in the NW corner of Gludin Town. Once you give him Sidra's Letter, he will ask for 5 Bloody Runes, which you get by hunting Dark Succubus. You can find Dark Succubus on the hill between the Black Magic Research Center and the Altar of Adulthood. Once you take the 5 Bloody Runes back to Magister Talbot, he will give you the Garamiel Book and a Prayer of Adon.
Now, you need to go to Priest Adonius to get the Andariel Book. Priest Adonius is located in Gludin's Einhasad Temple. He will ask you to bring back 10 Ashen's Bones, which you can find by hunting skeletons in the Wasteland of Despair (the Purple area marked below).
After getting the Andariel Book from Priest Adonius, return to Magister Sidra, who will give you an Orb of Abyss, which signifies your completion of the quest. Now you can talk to a Grandmaster and learn Oracle skills.

Personal note: the Grandmaster is standing at west wall of the D.E. Guild in Gludio. He has many options in the text box, so it might take several tries for the acceptance to work. Try every permutation and have speakers on. As soon as you get it right you'll hear music.
