(2) Qualifications in order to meet Antharas
To enter Antharas's Cave, a character must have a portal stone. To get this portal stone, the character's level must be 50 or higher.
To obtain a portal stone, meet the Seal Guardian Gabrielle. Follow her guidance to get the portal stones.
Without the portal stone, you can circle around the cavern, but cannot enter. With the portal stone your character will be transported inside. After meeting 4 of the seal guardians, you will be able to enter the cavern.
Deep in Dragon Valley, there is a dungeon [dragon valley caves]. At the lowest floor are creatures with the portal stone you can use to enter Antharas' cave with.
