At this moment the game is being released for retail in North America. The support and game release is geared for NA. We appriceiate the support that the game is getting from European customers. We as NA customer support are trying our best to support you.
Unfortunately, the game is not slated to be release in Europe yet. This is why there are not many retailers that are willing to ship to Europe.
Europeans are welcome to play on NA servers and who knows with the massive amount of Europeans that have come to play the game in NA, NCsoft just might make plans for a seperate European release.
If a new solution comes up before launch we will post it on the site right away.
