I downloaded the msn plus and stuffplug but still 85% of the time got that annoying error message. I tried something today though, that seems to work so far, if i try to steal an emoticon and i get that message, i just try to steal it again, but instead of hitting ok with the mouse, i hit enter on my keyboard and it lets me steal it every time!"
